What is the spinachs climate?

Spinach thrives in cooler temperatures, making it a cool-season crop. It grows best in temperatures between 50°F and 60°F (10°C to 15°C) and can tolerate light frosts. Ideally, spinach is planted in early spring or fall, as extreme heat can cause it to bolt (flower and go to seed) prematurely.
