How do you create ringtones for iphone from music?

There are some apps for this. There is the app called custom ringtones. This is $1.99 unless you get the free version. This takes your music from iTunes and transfers it to a thirty second (or less) ringtone. This is the only way I know of unless you make it through iTunes and pay $.99 for each one.
