What are places in Vietnam?

Tourists will be restricted in Vietnam; communist government, etc. But Cam Rahn Bay is historical; the Russian Battleship Fleet anchored there (un-invited) as France was neutral, during the Russo-Japanese War 1904-1905. Hue is an ancient Imperial Capital; the Central Highlands will be similar to climate in California. The majority of former US Firebases will be gone: grown over with vegetation; turned into towns and farms. Some former US Navy Swift Boats might be seen at their moorings, presumably as fishing boats, but some might be retained in the Vietnamese Navy.
