Are giantess real

Giantess may be used to refer to a mythical creature, a female giant, or it may be used to refer to a woman that is exceptionally tall or strong, often due to a genetic abnormality known as gigantism. Though the mythical creature is not real, there are real women who have gigantism and are referred to (sometimes offensively) as a giantess.
