Why do you want to be a Process Trainer?

This answer is for Internal Job posting, I have already spent quite long time in the process and have good process knowledge and understanding the customer's requirement then and there. I think I can inculcate the same with the new trainees who will be joining the process. I believe that I have the ability to persuade people in understanding the business. I have confidence enough to fulfill the organizations goals and objectives.
