It depends on the Atomic Mass of a substance. To find out, divide the 1 by the atomic mass of the element (found on the Periodic Table), then multiply by 6.02*1023.

Ag=(1/Am)*6.02*1023

Where Am=atomic mass of the element, and Ag=the number of atoms in a gram.
