first you must learn to focus energy try that and throw you energyat a leaf twig or paper if the leaf or paper or twig moves you can learn a kamehameha first say kame and focus your energy sharper then if you see a faint yello or blue ball in your hands then keep practising until you can see it perfectly solid the you can try this say kamehame once you say hame the energy ball wil faint back down again to where you can only see it barely then keep doing that until you see it solidly again thengo to the next step say kamehameha then you should see a fant bee you can use this toscar a tree move leavs hurt bulliesng and ect then keep doing that until the beam is solid wich im still doing and by that very long time away youll be able to destroy stuff only use this for good. new post from new person: i tied like 100 times but cant get it right:(
