Certainly, and it's very easy to do. It can NOT prove you've been drinking after you sober up, though. If there's alcohol in your urine, it means you drank recently. (The one drink per hour thing you've been told about is pretty accurate, unless you're a chronic alcoholic--Alcoholism will eventually damage your liver's ability to metabolize alcohol, so you'll stay drunk longer and get more drunk on the same amount of ethanol.
