Can you talk to a ouija board inside your head?

Opinions differ on the subject. Some say that you are unconsciously moving the pointer yourself. Others say that you are communicating with a spirit. I can only speak from personal experience (which I would not care to repeat), but in my opinion, the answer is yes. The problem is, you are speaking to the NEAREST spirit who can respond, and a lot of them are not happy about being forced to communicate with you. There are many better ways to talk to spirits than a Ouija board, because you don't know who you're talking to when you use one.
