When do you capitalize the word Intern?

Apart from normal capitalization at the beginning of a sentence, it should only be capitalised when it is in the name of an organisation, such as the IOC - the International Olympic Committee. At all other times it is just an ordinaruy adjective and should have a lower-case 'i'.
