Dogs are evil

Dogs are great and it depends on their background. It is a matter of free will. If a dog chooses to be bad then it will be and vise versa. I think though that dogs are very sweet animals and if they bark at you it is because either you are rude to it, it doesn´t trust you or you are scaring it. So if you are nice to an animal then it will trust you and learn what is right.
