My ipod touch screen isn't working it is not ready my touch and I can only use the power button menu button and volume control.2nd generation touch. help please?

okay so the solution is that you just bring back the iPod to the Apple store and they will trade it in for a new one. you probably have a defective ipod or the screen is broken. this has happened to me b4 .just bring it in or instead you could plug it into your mac and open iTunes. then go to your ipod and click restore
