What is soto ticket?

It is related to Flight Tickets and refer to where a ticket was sold and ticketed relative to the country from which its first segment departs.

SOTO means Sold Outside, Ticketed Outisde.

e.g US Traveler buys his UK to US flight from US. So the ticket is Sold Outside UK and Ticketed from US that is Outisde UK again.
