What does it mean when ive ask my wife i know you love me but are you still in love with me then she got teary eyes?

It obviously means she's still in love with you. And it clearly hurts her to hear you ask that, you may feel a bit insecure but always think, if she didn't love you she wouldn't have married you and been with you supporting you and spending her life with you.
