How do you fix a stuck rear center seat belt on a 2002 vw jetta?

You really shouldn't try to fix anything that could be wrong with a seat belt. It even says that in your owners manual. It's a seat belt, it is designed to protect you. If there is ever anything wrong with it, you should take it to a certified repair man.
