What happend in the movie twilight bracking dawn?

Emmet's and Jasper's Words weren't meant to be heard, however it is showing their worry and disapproval of Edward saving Bella because he is risking exposing the vampires by running superhuman fast and displaying superhuman strength.

All the Cullens were worried when Edward saved Bella in the car crash b/c the people at forks high school could be curious as to why Edward could save her(however, nobody notices besides Bella).
