How do you disassemble national mount airy 'Louis Philippe' sleigh bed?

First remove mattress and box spring set. At either the headboard or footboard, grasp the sideboard and pull up sharply (you may need a rubber mallet). Do the same at the other 3 ends of the sideboards.
