Why cant you get the treasure from sky stairway?

If you want to get the treasure, you cannot be on a Sky Stairway mission when you go to Sky Stairway. Only if you have no active missions for Sky Stairway, will the mission to claim the Sky Melodica appear on your list.

If you come with an active mission, then the dungeon will end at floor 49.
