Can you put shampoo and conditioner in your luggage on an airplane?

Yes, so long as it is 'check in' and not carry on (liquid restrictions apply in most countries and on most airlines). Just make sure it's in a sealed plastic bag in case it leaks. I've done a return trip, Australia to Europe and never had a problem. Though, if you're traveling it might just be more convenient to buy it at your destination!
