People with higher incomes drove Buick, Oldsmobile, Mercury, Chrysler, Desota, Pontiac, & Packard.

Then there were Premium brands such as Pierce Arrow, Cadillac, Lincoln, Cord, Pierce Arrow, Stutz, Dusenberg and many more small hand built brands.
