Where can you find TM strength in emerald?

In Pokémon Emerald, TM Strength can be obtained from a hiker located in the cave on Route 112. After defeating the leader of the Fiore Gym, you can return to the hiker, who will give you TM04, which contains the move Strength. Additionally, you can use Strength to move boulders outside of battles once you've earned the necessary badge.
