Did david koresh break any Texas laws before his death at Waco?

David Koresh had broken no laws prior to the government assault and massacre at Waco. False accusations of illegal weapons was the basis for the BATFE assault at Waco. At the subsequent trials that followed, no illegal weapons were EVER presented by the federal government in court.
