Where is the crankshaft sensor on a 2000 passat v6?

the sensor on my 98 is located just above the driver's side axle. i found it easier to remove the tire to work on it. 10mm bolt and the wire travels upwards to the firewall, you may need to clip the ziplocks to remove it.
