How do you change a rear brake light on a Honda CR-V?

The following information is for the 1997 2.0i LS (Petrol) model with Engine Type B20B3 (this is the first part of the Engine Number) and may also apply to other models. Actual replacement is simple, involving a 2 minute job with a screwdriver, standing at the back of the car. The replacement bulb is a push-fit, not a bayonet or screw fit and importantly, has two purposes and two filaments, the other being the Tail Lamp. Either filament can fail independently. Order from Honda a TAIL LAMP/STOP LAMP Part Number 34906-ST5-003 ... and order two spares while you are there.
