Can elves on the shelves be in your turkey?

I had to read this question several times. And then look up what "Elf on the shelf" is.

No is the simple answer.

The elf will transfer bacteria into the turkey, giving your guests food poisoning. The grease will also damage the elf.

Try normal stuffing like everyone else.
