1999 Lincoln Town car door panel?

On a rear door you have to:

1. Remove the door switches.
2. Remove the door pull.
3. Next unscrew any remaining screws in the door panel.
4. Unscrew the door lock.
5. Use a putty knife and pry the door panel away from the door.
