What are the advantages and disadvantages of organic farming?

Only natural fertilizers (such as manure) are used, the food is said to taste better and be healthier, the crops are grown without the use of machinery which creates more jobs for farmers. However, less crops are grown because they are harvested by hand, which means that the food is more expensive to buy which is difficult for people below the poverty line.
