Employees at Dick's Sporting Goods receive 25% off any item IN STORES. The discount does not apply for online shopping

*update* this is only somewhat true due to dicks scoremore system. If you order online in store they will usually (not always) refund the money you would have saved to your account via return and resale of the item.
