What comes in our mind when we say someone i love you?

Well, from my point of view since I have one, I would say they would smile if they had a boyfriend or girlfriend. But mostly family members say that to each other. And that does not make a difference to people because they must've heard that from their relatives a buch of times. But if it were from soulmates, I would say they really feel loved. Like they are special.
