Why is UFC held in Canada?

Its not, there have already been two UFC events held in Montreal with UFC 113 Machida vs Shogun 2 planned for May 2010 in Montreal. UFC 115 is also planned to be held in Vancouver, but the athletic commission there has not approved the event yet.
