Where are the timing marks on clio 1.4 rt?

If you cant find them, why dont you take the spark plug out and put a screw driver in either the first or forth spark plug hole turn the crank shaft roundi clockwise until the screw driver is settled in the highest position, then take the rocker cover off and turn the camshaft until you are in the middle of both the rockers (inlet and outlet) either cylinder 1 or 2 are in the middle of rocking! tension it up and it will start
