How do you convince your parents to let you wear high-heels?

Start out by taking your mom shoe shopping. Get some flats first. Find 1 inch heels, 2 inch kitten heels, 3 inch heels. Make sure everything is chunky and it does't go higher than three inches. Also say your so short and people make fun of you. Then start crying if she still doesn't let you.
