How old is the word technology?

the Word Technology is as old as the bronze age and possibly even before that. the Word Technology stems from the German Word "Technik" and was used even during the medieval era though it was uncommonly used. It was the later adopted by a variety of nations to explain a process/tool in which it is used to produce more of a practical application.
