What is the Russian traditional on Christmas?

The Russian tradition on Christmas is to have a very strict fast on 6th of January. Then all the Christians go to the churches for the all night holiday service, which usually begins at midnight and ends at 3-4 o'clock in the morning. The churches traditionally decorated with fir tree branches. Children starting from 7-8 years old also eager to be at all night church service. For young babies and elderly people there is a church service in the morning. The main tradition is to pray on Christmas and to glorify the baby Christ who entered our world, entered our time.
