What are signs of emo?

Well the first sign is

Cutting:if you have a cat the kid usually says its the cat who scratched them or they fell.

style:if they usually were bright pretty clothes they'll start wearing black more often. Also if you notice that they start wearing long sleeves more then usual or arm bands to cover up the cuts.

Hair:they'll wear it more in their face, the stereotype that all cutters have a lot of layers in their hair isn't always true.

Attitude:they'll start avoiding the family. Being confined to their room.
