What was the first pub that had a neon beer sign?

The first known use of a neon liquor sign was in 1913. Vermouth brand Cinzano illuminated the night sky in Paris by the Grand Palais. The Electric Lamp industry exploded after this, becoming extremely popular in the car industry.
