How do you write business letter to a company?

well first in the left hand on your paper put your first and last name then the return address for example...

after that you skip a line and put the date all printed out

then the mailing address

after you just put the greeting but please do not start the letter with dear sir or mam!!! its better to start with to whom it may concern then start typing your body paragraph or paragraphs after just put...

and put your signature after the signature put your name printed and if your putting something in the envelope just put ENCLOSURE on the bottom of the paper and/or envelope!!! then your done
