you should give what she can use everyday like a shirt saying 'emo' or I'm not girly', it's like what i like to wear and I'm a tomboy.and maybe also a cap cuz tomboy like to wear caps and things like that.try to give something that's can be appreciated by a tomboy. but remember not to give her anything weird like a candle saying i luv u, you can but it gotta say something like 'don't think about IT.'
