First thing you do when involved in an accident?

First thing is to make sure everyone is okay. Call the police and Fire department if necessary.

Second is never admit anything, don't admit fault, don't sign a single thing besides the police report.

Take pictures of the accident, get a list of all witnesses with there phone numbers. Always have an accident map with you, to draw out exactly what happened.

Make sure to get the other persons info, such as name, license #, address, phone number and policy number.
