How do you translate the braille in the regis cave in Pokemon Emerald?

If you go to the cave where you opened the doors to the three caves (I'm talking about the one in the ocean) there should be a room filled with a bunch of stones with braille on them. They show the entire alphabet including a period and a comma in order.
