How do you dress up as Rockhopper on Clubpenguin?

YOU CAN'T well you can bet there hacks which can get you banned for life off Club Penguin so don't do it. I know this because my friend did and she got banned for life so i was not willing to get banned and i know you wouldent want to! Sorry to tell you this again but I will anyway you can't.
