It would be fine.

It won't harm you or irritate your skin. Once you take a shower, it'll get off (because when it gets in water it'll be wet and will be easy to get off. So when you're shampooing or conditioning your hair, you nails will rub against your hair and ware off).

The nail polish on your skin will get off when wet, but when on your nails, water won't be able to.
