How do you copy using the fill handle?

The simplest way is to drag down. You can also do series, like if you type in Sunday and drag down, it will fill out the rest of the week. The same works for months. If you type a number in and press Ctrl and drag down, it will increase the number by one each cell. You can do the same with dates.
