According to the latest census the predominate religion in the state of Ohio is Christianity with Catholicism making up 20%, this percentage varies between cities and rural Ohio, and has been dropping steadily since the early 1970's when it was at 28%. Followed closely by Anglican based Christianity at 18% the rest of the 87% is spread across the other denominations such as Methodist, Lutheran, Baptists, Evangelicals, non-denominationals, and the like. The percentage of non-Christian religions make up a further 10%, with 3% agnostic or undecided.
