How do you answer Why did you leave your previous job if you were terminated due to a violation of company policy on a job application?

Sometimes people are fired for very little reason, so if you were doing your job and just had a personality conflict by a superior it's best to tell the truth. Once I had a job where the Supervisor was the "Lady Dragon" and if she didn't happen to like the color of your eyes one day you could be heading out the door with your pink slip. I was interviewed by a very good company and I simply told the truth. I got the job. You must have a work record from more than one company, so if you have had good Letters of Recommendations and only one firing then you have high hopes of being hired. Good luck Marcy
