Is James McAvoy a right or left hander?

I believe that McAvoy is left handed. In Wanted his watch is on his right wrist, indicating a possible left handedness, and he mostly uses his left hand for his 'telepathic' abilities in First Class. There is no proof beyond my observations and theories.
