Is hand lotion a mechanical mixture a solution or a suspension?

I am Dr.Peterson of Harvard Medical school. Hand lotion is a suspension because the particles of the atoms will build up (attach) and then separate into quidrens (fourths) which will cause this element to swell and freeze (into chuncks)
