Why it is important to communicate with customers appropriately?

It is of utmost importance that our customer should be satisfied from aur services or product , to bring satisfaction to customer it becomes important to take care of his need and requirements , things are to be manged from a customers view point and for that communication with customer becomes the need. e.g. every company has call centre or a helpline it is communication to get the right feed back to give improvements.
