Rose McGowan got into a horrible car accident and had a very deep cut on her cheek, she didn't want a scar to be there permanently so she got plastic surgery. Don't blame her blame the car accident. She even said this "I didn't realize I was hurt until I put my hand to my face and felt the flap of skin. My glasses had sliced me under my eye," she said following the incident.
