Is there a king or queen etc that rules the Gypsy People worldwide?

We do not have a worldwide leader. We have Elders within their respective Clans and some Clans are allied. There are some who are well known but that really is about it.

There is no "king" or "queen". Think about a populace that is organized by Nations and Clans within it and is worldwide. Try to imagine ALL Clans agreeing upon a "king" or "queen".

That is simply not happening.
